Open Options seeks to make media creation, content dissemination, and media literacy easier for teachers, schools and organizations.
When the tools and concepts of digital media production/creation are presented in an affordable, accessible, open context, the language of digital media grows to include the unique and diverse voices that surround us within our communities.
Empowered by F/OSS (Free and Open Source Software) and driven by the need to communicate, we as consumers of media are now able to create, re-mix, recontextualize, comment upon, challenge and participate in the traditionally monophonic media sphere.
